The Shopify POS app has a lot of issues. I bought a tablet stand and card reader dock, and getting a card reader to stay connected with the dock is a nightmare. You pretty much have to stick to a Bluetooth connection but even when I get the card reader dock to connect, it prompts me to update the reader and the update keeps failing, which means I can't use the dock at all. I was told to update it through BT but it doesn't prompt me to update through BT, only when it's connected through the dock.

Slower interface than expected since transitioning from Square. When you click on one of your collections, sometimes it takes a second or more to load your items. Moreover, there is no way to disable receipt options from the customer facing POS Go. This is an efficiency killer for retail shops and needs to be fixed. I print receipts automatically, so there is no need for the customer to select anything post-sale. Also, why is everything so big? There should be a way to adjust to reduce scrolling

Reader not connecting! Just bought this reader, and I have no issues connecting my other Bluetooth devices. Please fix this issue Update: I restarted my phone and unpaired the device from my Bluetooth. Turned it back on and followed through with the pairing and connection steps and boom it connected!! I'm very happy! I changed my 1 star to a 5 star!
