About this app

Training the abdominal muscle group is no easy task. The muscles do not all respond to training at the same rate and there is a core group of abdominal s, running beneath the external ones with muscle fibres pointing the opposite way. This makes for a core picture which no single exercise can adequately address which helps explain why strong abs are hard to attain, which makes them an aim to strive for.
The plank helps develop strength in the core, shoulders, arms, and glutes.
The longer you can hold the plank, the more resilient your lower back will be to injury, and the better your abs will look once you burn the fat off them.

customizable workouts is great. You can play it with no sound at all which is nice. The persistent requests for rating and upgrading are only using male pronouns so they could please change that. There are female software developers at your company. I really hope so

The UI for this is terrible the buttons are overlapping when a box of shows up the stuff doesn't even fit inside of it I will not download this app again until the UI is fixed do not waste your time

Hey would be nice to have it have the option to progressively increase time like the push up app, right? Like increase 5 sec per workout and actually remember the previous workouts settings rather than having to reset the parameters every workout
