The App is lacking features. There isn't a way to make a loan payment from an exterior account. Transferring money into a primary account took about a week. That's longer than any other bank or app I've ever used. Only on the website can you do an exterior account payment on the loan & I had to ask multiple times to multiple agents to find that out. I called the help number, went into a branch & opened a ticket asking them to add it as a feature. Only when I opened the ticket did they know.

It is easy, to a point, to use this app to deposit checks. My only complaint is that the camera says to hold still while the app is doing who knows what. There is no box at that point in which to keep the check focused, so it is impossible to tell whether the photo is going to be usable until the final results show up later. That makes the whole process iffy and slow.

Horrible! There is not enough space here to describe how horrible. #1. The last app update lost ALL my information! Now I have to re-register and resetup EVERYTHING. #2. Customer's email addresses in their profiles have to be perfect. I mean would it hurt the programmer to trim a space off the back of user inputted email addresses and make them all lowercase? I wasted 10 mins figuring out why the app wouldn't take the correct email address! This app is clunky.
