Below expectation. The app keeps on asking for an upload of documents yet they already have them plus all the information about someone. Even entering simple things like birth date is a problem. It takes forever to load in, and the money sending is only allowed in multiples of 100. This is a curious arrangement.

I have been the user of the service for very long time and what really troubles me is that the exchange rate is very very poor compared to others. when you send the money through Express it seems to be taking long time for a recipient to to receive the payment at one point I had to call their customer service to find out what's going on.

Useless app. It doesn't work. I have tried for ages without success to send money to Cameroon. App indicates that most valid numbers as invalid. And almost impossible to transfer money. Endless glitches. Probably the most money transfer app. I have never succeeded to send money through this amateur service.
