it works quite well most of the time, but I've noticed that for anything longer than a couple minutes, if the screen is off, then it has a real bad delay or doesn't even recognize the timer anymore. I wanted to use it for a standing timer while working at my desk, but like I mentioned, when I set it to 30 minutes, A lot of times it stops around the 15 or 20 minute mark if I have my screen off. and having my screen on drains the battery like crazy.

*update - I gave feedback to the author where the audio speech of Tabata Timer would be lose its order when the workout is paused and a Tabata is repeated for a 2nd or more times. The author said he will fix the issue. This review is left to ensure that they do as they say. Original review: Used for more than timing my runs. I use it during plank circuits that include right/left planks, hollow holds and superman holds. I recommend looking at Scoobysworkshop.(com)

I love this app. I've been using it for years and will continue to do so. I program whole workouts in segments, link them together and I'm good to go. Combined with my data logging spreadsheet I don't have to do a ton of thinking before getting started. Add a set to each appropriate timer and off we go. It's simple and straightforward.
