Peter Carvell is the man. This is a simple and effective tool for designing workout structures. It seems to have a problem with device sleep settings, as it will shut off a countdown timer if the phone goes into idle mode, so I have to leave the screen on during workouts. Otherwise, pretty useful.

simple and easy to use, just one issue, no option to keep screen on when app is running, phone goto sleep and app stop working.

I'm unable to rename the intervals into the workout which I'm supposed to do even after I've renamed it and saved……
