This app has worked great for nearly 7 years. Now all of a sudden, it will no longer connect to my wifi. I have the same modem, router and password. I have rebooted with a soft and hard update but to no prevail. I even contacted customer service who also had no luck with getting my door bell back online. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

This is the most useless app/device. I have never had it work properly in the 5 months I have had it. I don't get notifications, constantly lose connection for no reason and when the camera actually works the quality is garbage. Between not having a camera doorbell or having skybell, I choose not having one.

I just installed the 10/29 update and now the app won't even open! I was already considering buying a different video doorbell because of all the bugs and connection errors I CONSTANTLY get from my skybell and I only updated the app today with the hope that you had finally fixed some of these issues...but I guess you can't experience the bugs if you can't open the app. That's one way to go. Another way is to follow my pre-update thinking: new doorbell. This has been an extremely frustrating, disappointing, and expensive year long experiment!
