About this game

Going to court without a lawyer? Build skills and confidence with RePresent 2.0. RePresent 2.0 is a court simulator that will help you prepare for your day in civil (not criminal) court! This knowledge building game will allow you to navigate the following issues before you get to court.

• where to get help at the courthouse and online;
• taking time off from work, child care, and what to wear;
• gathering important documents to argue your case;
• filing court papers;
• how to talk to the judge and court personnel;
• showing evidence and questioning other people in your case.

A game for learning how to represent yourself in court for people with civil legal problems in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

RePresent was created by Statewide Legal Services of Connecticut in collaboration with the NuLawLab at Northeastern University School of Law, Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Maine, Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, the Legal Advice & Referral Center in New Hampshire and Northeastern University's game studies department. Funded by the Legal Services Corporation.

The game good but information is unnecessarily too long and tend to be boring. The level repeats over and over. Some information is irrelevant and take too long to hear the matter in court. I should limit information to multiple choices of answers to options and to the point. Add more levels. Precise and to the point.

I appreciate the idea behind the app already! I'm downloading now & haven't tried the app before. I absolutely love it's Name/Title! I wanted to say: don't allow a few "not so nice" reviews slow-up your process. This is genius at work! Get this app up as you'd originally invisioned. Make it mirror your expectation. You know your own potential best! You got this! Thank you for caring enough about the people. 💛 Your desire to spread knowledge (..IT IS POWER) is giving us a fair chance!

Only 4 states to choose from. What a waste. I'm uninstalling however, it is a tad disappointing since there are no HELPFUL law games for those of us studying to be attorneys, especially family law.
