This program worked perfectly to recover a video on my brother's Samsung Android phone! He was recording a video of his German Shepherd when she accidentally knocked the phone out of his hand, and the video playback didn't work (the phone saved and named the file temp_video without any file extension). Thanks to MP4Fix and its developers, we were able to recover the entire 50-second video clip (including synced audio) after pointing the program to a working MP4 video recorded on his phone!

I retract my statement about subscription. Because it does not require one. However, as they said to me,not still does require one to make a purchase in order to save, play, or share the video once it has been repaired. What you get for free is ; a preview of the repaired video, and the ability to repair again. That is it. These apps really should be more upfront about what they truly do, rather than have people waste their HD space. It does work as advertised.

Premium Features is a one-time purchase. It's not a subscription. With Premium Features you can recover as many corrupted files as you want so all your future phone videos are protected.

Awesome app!!! I lost an important video due to running out of space on my sd card while recording. The file was there, but nothing could play it. I tried to upload to my computer, but no luck there either. I came across this app while watching a video about recovering corrupt data, and I read the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. Worth every penny!!! For only $6 I got my video that I thought I lost forever!! Great app!
