After a few years of using this app without any issues, I have recently started having some. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy. The app prompts me to change my password, and when I do, it says there is a connection error, try again later, or check my connection. This is odd because there is no connection error. My phone is online and connected to wifi. When I log in on my laptop, it does not prompt me to change my password, and my connection is fine.

App has always worked on all my devices. I have the pixel 3xl, for the past two day I have a blank screen when opening the app, not sure if there was an update but I cannot open the app and see details on my stats. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but I'm still getting the same results, other Android users are having the same issue that I'm aware of. I know ios users are still fine. Please look into this because this is a big part of my work life. Thank you

Alex - Thank you for your feedback & patience. We were able to isolate the problem due to an interaction of our Map feature and a recent Chrome update. The latest version (4.11.1) is now available in the Google Play store. By updating you will be able to reengage in the smg360 app and continue viewing customer insights.

There are no options to see the current fiscal month reports I use. I end up having to use the web browser on my phone and then switching to the full version to access any customizable reports. Rolling 90 reports are the last thing I want to see but the only thing I can get from this app. Also the fraud prevention measures are so strict that half of my legitimate customer feedback gets rejected.
