How to get started
1. Download our FREE SmileVoice App on your mobile
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also, select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.
OR
1. If you cannot remember your Smile number and Activation code, just select the country where you have Smile broadband internet and click on “GET AN ACTIVATION CODE” – you will be requested to provide your email address and your SmileVoice details will be sent to this email address.
2. Open the App and enter your Smile number and Activation code. Also, select the country where you have Smile broadband internet – your service will be active and you can make that first call.
Remember, you need to be a Smile customer with an active SmileData bundle, to make calls and send SMSs using SmileVoice.

For some months now, this App is not showing incoming calls on my Android phone.. Incoming calls will ring out but you can't see the calls, and so you can't pick it up. I restarted phone several times but this doesn't help. My wife has the same experience. I have called the customer service but it appears they are helpless. This is a serious minus and I have reduced my usage of Smile.

This last update broke the app for me. Whenever there's a network error, the app crashes and keeps asking me to contact Smile for more info. It won't work until I uninstall and reinstall it. Even worse, its security certificates are faulty and hence won't work on my WiFi. I have to be on mobile data for it to work. This sucks. Fix it.

I have been using this app for years and must admit it comes with its own challenges, which can be very frustrating and worrisome. From poor network to the receiver, not able to hear me when I call. Have tried deleting and installing the app and also clearing the cache with temporary success ,and I am still not able to make a good call.
