Worked good for the last 4 years. Not sure what happened the tail end of April, but it won't open any more. Cleared cache, cleared memory, Uninstaled the app and reinstalled and entered all the information again. Worked once then the same problem of it crashing/ or not opening. Thought it might be my phone, but it also happened on other devices that it was installed on.

The Android App has stopped working. It will crash every time it is started. I have tried the usual troubleshooting and isolation. The only solution appears to be clearing the app data and reconfiguring the app. It will generally start working again for 4-12 hours again before it starts crashing again at startup. Samsung S23. LUMA is pretty lousy as the only Windows support is on an obsolete browser, and now the app doesn't work. I don't know why this is considered a premium security solution.

The interface it's not the best but once you get used to it and its weird buttons, it's manageable. However, this app gets 1 star mainly because it's impossible to see any video in any app... So... You have a surveillance system app that can't share or show videos outside of the app itself.... Not useful when sharing video or pictures with the police. Additionally it only gives you access to the last 24 hours and nothing more. Not useful if you are out of town.
