Very sluggish. Need lot of navigation. Good back to home page with every back stroke. Portfolio doesn't refresh on it own, nor there is any refresh button. No linkage to fundamental analysis or reports. Not expected from HDFC Group. Glitches like "try again" make you lose money at a very opportune moment. There are many other standalone brokers with lightening fast app with smooth trades.

The app has a basic interface if compared to other competitors. The interface isn't intuitive and doesn't provide advance features. Just a suggestion, if you want to standout in the market, please enhance the user experience. On-board the experienced UI designer.

The worst app I ever experienced. I am totally unable to login the app for trading. Despite filling correct credentials, the app is not logged in and I am finding helpless because of not able to trade. Thinking seriously to switch over to other broker. In spite of sending several emails with the details regarding the same, I didn't receive any reply. Then why to stay with such a useless app & broker
