About this app

The Volt Mobile Access App is fast, secure, and free for Volt Credit Union members. It allows you to check balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, deposit checks, and much more, all on the go!
To get started, simply log in using your eAccess Online Banking username and password.

Features include:
- See account balances and transaction history
- Transfer funds between your Volt accounts
- Make payments on loans
- Mobile check deposit
- Schedule and review bill payments
- Fingerprint logon with compatible phones
- Quick balance setting
- View check images
- View balance and expense charts
- Secure messaging for support
- Locate the nearest Volt and CO-OP shared branches
- Locate nearest surcharge free ATMs (nearly 30,000 nationwide)

*You must have Bill Pay set up previously in Online Banking to use this feature in Mobile Banking. Account must qualify for mobile deposit feature, contact us for details at 417-862-0471. This app replaces the Community Financial Mobile Access App.

Was inquiring about refinancing my car. My credit was dinged by just checking on it. So much for a credit union breaking promises. 😡Looks like I need to find a new bank. Now I've seen it all. When I open the bank account you guys were going to give access to loans to help boost up my credit. That never happened. I was contacted by the fraud department to help protect my account and was instructed by the fraud department to do exactly what the officer instructed me to do. You company is a fraud

It's good when it works. Haven't been able to access the app for 4 days however. There's nothing wrong with my account, I can access it through the online teller just fine. It's the app that is messed up. Update: Jun 4, 2021 I cant remember when I wrote my initial review, but once again the app is down and not working. It makes doing bills INCREDIBLY hard when the app is this glitchy.

I can't type my username and password in since February. I called Volt and they spent a lot of time trying to help, but couldn't get it to work either. I've checked the app permissions, uninstalled reinstalled etc. Samsung S10. If I didn't like Volt CU so much I'd change banks.
