I'm really disappointed with Generations about this new app. It's slow and I can't even get text alerts for my transactions. Online deposits were usually instant, now they lag for a while. The old system was great and notified me for every transaction. This one only sends me a text instructing me to login to the app to view the message. I don't have time for that. Instead of simplifying my banking experience you've made it harder to have access to my account information. BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Come on, Generations! We depend on these mobile apps to work to make things easier to do business. Can't even get past the loading screen now. It was fine a month ago! My iPhone app seems to work a little better, but it still had in issue loading until it finally let me in after several tries, so it can't be an entirely Android thing. Fix this app!!

Trying to update by being forced to go to the play store and all it has done is "process". I also am unhappy about the seperation of the credit card function. It makes it more difficult to pay the bill. I have to get off the phone and log on to my lap top. The username and password that ive saved gets flipped on the log in page so i have to manually type my username and password. This is the only saved log on that flips like that. I have tried a couple of time to access my account and unable to
