The finger print option doesn't work and the app closes as soon as I open that setting. Would be better if you could just set up a pin to open the app rather than having to enter your password everytime like you're on a computer

Wish I could switch accounts at login and use fingerprint to login to either account. I have to enter password if I toggle a different account than whichever it defaults to. Please have the fingerprint prompt after user selects which account they want to login to if they have more than one. I have to press cancel at fingerprint prompt if I want to switch, which disables the biometrics for the current login.

Check Deposit Issues, The app is saying the amount I enter for the check is not accurate and wont start the process for a human to even verify somewhere. mtefcu no longer has any shared credit union branches and I have to mail my check. Which will be 3-5 days and then wait some magical amount of time for the funds to be released which is based on whatever the teller decides, not the amount. Disappointed in the app and credit union.
