I like the updates. the software interface is much more user friendly and they upgraded the blocky aesthetic to something more smooth and nice to look at. the transfer and remote deposit features are better. overall the aesthetic changes make the app easier to use and mimics the website which gives larger and nicer displays.

It's more reliable than an app based bank because atleast they have real life locations, and are always helpful there but if this app wasn't so buggy the tellers wouldn't have to fix my card, password and app issues. My wife and I simply cannot have a joint account and both be able to check the balances or sign in without the password going bad and kicking us both out and even locking our cards because of the bugs of the app.

Glitches. A lot. Not only does my card not work half of the time while shopping at big chains like Food Lion and Walmart, and no I know for damn sure I'm not broke, I can't even check my card because the app has been crashed for a solid week now, and it happens too often! I need to transfer money from my savings to my checking to pay off my credit card, which only has so much money on it BECAUSE MY DEBIT CARD DOESNT WORK, but guess what? The app encountered a server issue. Too. Much. Stress.
