Clean and intuitive interface, seems secure. However you can only see the last 90 days of transactions and downloading PDF statements to see older activity is a bit confusing since you are instructed to wait for the download to be available and it's not clear exactly when that happens. I end up waiting and waiting, and clicking and clicking until eventually it downloads.

Honestly, this is a very good app, especially when you consider this is just a small credit union in Maine, they have done a great job! I'd argue that the basic things, (such as ease of accessing accounts, lock/unlocking cards, transferring funds, paying bills, submitting check stop payments, secure messaging, & viewing data graphs for each account,) are just as good as the apps by Big Banks! Yes, there are some things that need to be improved and expanded, but this is a VERY good start!

I used to like this app as it was very useful. After a recent update on 12/3/20 I get a notification and email anytime I log on and an app notification. I've had to disable the app notification and put all Otis mail as spam as I check my quick balance several times and was getting many email. Hopefully I don't get any important emails as they are spam now. Please disable the security protocols as it was better before they were installed.
