Unable to manage their credit card (notifications, auto payments, etc) on their own app. Even just getting relevant information is not possible through the app, except for the most basic info. GUI also needs work, as the CC due date is cut off, and not visible. In general, they clearly put little effort into providing a useful app

Everytime I tried to pay my cc and it gives me an error saying Server error /Mobile application. When it works its great, but this happens a lot. I have an samsung S21 for reference. It's frustrating when I'm trying to pay bills on time and this happens. I hope it's just me and this gets resolved quickly. Just to note. I do have the latest version installed. Plus, connectivity/wifi. Thanks for the prompt follow-up too.

Hello Joanna, I'm sorry to hear about this. My best recommendation is making sure you're on the newest version of our app and also on a strong cell/wifi connection. I will be sure to share your feedback and hope we can make improvements in this area, too.

Mobile App frees me from the need for brick and mortar bank. I get the money saving advantages of a credit union without the need to have a branch near by. The app has come a long way. It is VERY stable. Transfers are a breeze. I can set up a bill pay. Was able to instantly move money and protect my funds when my wallet was stolen. Very pleased with the app.
