The Condomínio Online application was developed by the Solution's internal technology team, thinking about every detail to make the communication and day-to-day processes of the Condomínio more agile and efficient.


• Some features of Condomínio Online:

→ Contact information: It is possible to view registration information of the Condominium and also the contacts of the trustee and manager;

→ Notices: Communications from the administrator and the trustee for the knowledge of the joint owners, such as internal circulars, notice of sending minutes, etc (the trustee can generate notices that are also sent via e-mail);

→ Trial Balances: List of Condominium trial balances for the liquidator;

→ Condominium quotas: Availability of the entire history of invoices (extract on the screen and PDF document) - indicating whether they are paid or open - including updating the past due to the current date;

→ Minutes of the Meeting: List of minutes of meetings held by the administrator with the availability of download of the same;

→ Virtual Meetings: Resource for holding a virtual meeting available, with start and end date and time, enabling voting and discussions on topics on the agenda;

→ Meeting notices: List of meeting notices issued by the administrator with the availability of download;

→ Documents: Regulations and various documents available for download;

→ Providers: Search for emergency providers, divided by category and subcategory with their respective contacts;

→ Reservations: For the Condominiums that have chosen to make reservations of spaces online (by day, time and also shift - now with guest list), we provide the tool so that it can also be done via application (it is also available in the web);

→ Service Order: Generation of service call and monitoring of the situation by the condominium owners;

→ Access Control: If the Condominium opts for authorization, it is possible to register people with free access to the Condominium, directly entering the concierge system (the days and times of free access can be configured);

→ Residents: List of residents of the Condominium with name, address and e-mail, the landlord can also view their telephone numbers.
