There are certain things that frustrate me about this app. If you set your preferences, it should only show people within your preferences. Instead, it shows everyone. There is no filter. When I go to check who is online, it is only ever 2 people online at a time and then the rest are offline and it is the same people every time. Also, the premium has the ability to go incognito, which I believe deminshes the whole point of having contact with people.

There's no way to filter on waste-of-time profiles--you can indicate your "preferences," but there's no way to filter out profiles that are a distracting waste of time. And even after you delete a profile, it still keeps appearing. Numerous supposed "matches" that it suggests haven't even logged on for months, hoping to use you for bait to lure them back in for a waste-of-time-and-money subscription, which they've already apparently figured out. Lots of lost and confused only nominal Christians.

I can't access my account because of hCapta. I understand the need to scan for bots, but this verification tool generates weird AI images that only partially match the criteria, then keeps failing me when I CORRECTLY select the right images. I can't get into my account. I can't even reset my password. Please use a different verification tool. hCapta sucks and makes the app frustrating to try to even use.
