Isn't working on Google Pixel 1 with android 9. On other phones is too quiet and there are interruptions. As videoplayer I know only VLC which can rise the volume up to 125%. Would it be possible to doit here to? yes, sound volume was too low in headsets.

Some phone vendors do not allow multicast traffic on their devices. Probably yours is the case.
