After the latest update all notifications no longer open up the app when selected/pushed. Useless! The other issue is that I have two cameras on software v1.17 and two on v1.18 with revisions. One of them will check in daily but won't send a picture. Formatted card, added new batteries and kaput! It no longer works. I'm not happy with these anymore. 3.2024 format all and reinstall firmware does the trick.

Very spotty and inconsistent. Images vary within the same camera, sometimes clear other times, fuzzy. They don't offer camera bundle packages like other top companies. If you have multiple cameras (I have eight) and choose higher quantity picture plans, the price can be outrageous! Customer service has been hot and cold, depending on who you speak with. I will be researching a different brand.

Having all kinds of trouble with this app. Connective problems with 90% signal and 100% battery. Girlfriends works fine in the same area. Considering alternative systems.. I had a second camera bought for me as a gift and it's doing a lot of the same things. The app sucks. Does what it wants when it wants. Very frustrating!! Opening day of rifle season my cameras would not respond at all..
