Al Mustanad Businessmen Services VIP was established in 2010 under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The experiment was a direct application of the Federal Government's strategy, which was called by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, to introduce the private sector as a strategic partner for various ministries and government sectors to provide services and improve the level of customer satisfaction.
