Very user-friendly as even when you are in the office or you are out travelling very easy to manage rates and inventory, still i think need improvemnet in updating rates through mobile app. Ms Sujata very supportive....

New update is very bad. It not showing any new bookings or cancel booking on status bar or home screen.It is very important but it not showing.. kindly provide apps notification on status bar..

First of all Staah is the best channel manager that I have ever come across, and this version of app helps us to check and update rates, inventories from anywhere. Since we come from a Revenue Management Company background the only negative thing we found is once we log in for one hotel and the Pin is generated then going forward we can login only for one hotel, which is the limitation I feel. Otherwsie for the stand alone hoteliers its a great tool.
