De app is langzaam en zaken zoals de betaalkaarten laden regelmatig helemaal niet. Het is meestal sneller om gewoon naar mijn fortuna website te gaan. Daarnaast krijg je geen melding of verificatie via je e-mail adres als je inloggegevens gewijzigd worden of als er vanaf een nieuw apparaat wordt ingelogd. Dit is een ernstige security tekortkoming als je bedenkt dat naast je persoongegevens ook je seizoenskaart in de app staan waarmee je toegang tot het stadion kan krijgen.
