Good UI design but plagued by terrible performance. The dreaded loading icon when I navigate. Cannot even use. The cashier's can't wait minutes for the app to load. Borderline unusable.

App stopped working, i can't order anything for delivery even though I'm logged in, can't edit erase nor add addresses either. So really now it's only use to me is for paying when i don't want to pull out the physical card :(

Really terrible quality app. it keeps crashing just opening the menu or trying to check out. This app should not have been released with those crashes in there, come on Starbucks, hire a company that can implement better apps. UPDATE: I cannot use the app because it shows that I need to update and I go to the store and it says my phone is not supported. They don't take into account older OS versions on their upgrade plan, really bad experience!
