Frustrating when you need help and the bot just bounces you round and round and then back to the beginning. Buggy, laggy and not intuitive. Can't seem to see all the necessary payments in one place. We have homehub, mobile plan and starplan, all with different due dates so end up always missing this or that and that's a $5 fine without warning. Last straw was missing one payment and straight away auto termination and a bill of 1k plus. More like paying fines for bad app.

unintuitive and difficult to navigate app keeps redirecting me to browser mode, making me key in OTPs over 4 times just to login once and be told my session has timed out. I cant see my bills and honestly i cant trust this app with my card details because of how buggy it is also it offered me 3 months of amazon prime for free, but id have to activate it with the app.. i ended up not being able to get it because i kept getting redirected between the browser and app and gave up

Recontract and bought a samsung s24. There was no option except delivery. Went ahead to buy and hope to change to self collection subsequently. BUT they do not allow. No changes allowed for either to another address or to self collect at shop. Took a long time to engage with their bot and also chat service staff. They dont really care and very inflexible for customers. No more new biz from me. Not sure whether they are reading and taking the feedbacks here seriously as well. Sigh.
