WARNING! The wrong email address has somehow been attached to my account, putting my debit card information at risk. I tried using the app to delete that address and insert the correct one to no avail. I have called customer service many times, and the problem is still not corrected. They said this is for my security. I believe that my security is compromised by the app using an email address that doesn't belong to me. . **Be careful if using this app. Check your account information often*

Always late, and rarely respond. I rarely put a one star but every time I give a chance they mess up. This time the order never reached, its 2.5 hrs now and still waiting, they are not responding to my messages on the app. And I'm completely helpless. Adding that the order contains an item I urgently need for my cat who had surgery. I mentioned that in the hopes they get the urgency and still no response. I don't know what to do any more.

Stores charging cards upfront. They debit the full amount and then if there are items missing or the total is less, they refund the difference which took 10 days last time, and they blame it on the banks. But companies like Deliveroo can issue refunds immediately with no problems.
