experience has deteriorated over the yrs, esp after they changed their delivery partner from lalamove to piing and now janio. piing delivery window was during the oddest hours n their latest partner janio is the worst. they didnt stick to the scheduled time n even after i booked a return they were 1 day late n still asked for extension for another day. clothes r a hit or miss, sometimes u get good stuff but more often than not the item is not as attractive as shown in pix.

Very disappointing! I couldn't schedule to return my box cz the system had bugs. I contacted the team but it didn't go anywhere. I was suggested to refresh the app but still didn't work. I decided to cancel my subscription, but the system didn't allow it since I had not returned the box (heyyy but the system itself crashhhhh!!). Then, the day I successfully schedule box returning, THEY CHARGED SUBSCRIPTION FEE FROM MY CREDITCARD! This is not fair!

Used it couple times for events and just kept the app. Like the concept but wished there were more options for cold weather for my travels. They offered a free box for birthday promo which I redeemed but subsequently forgot and got continuously charged for 2 months which I didn't use. Checked with chat support and managed to refund half of the cost only :(
