What is the Office of Asset Recovery and Management (ORGA)?

It is an organ of the General Administration of the State and auxiliary to the Administration of Justice, which, among other functions, is responsible for the sale of property, effects, profits and instruments derived from criminal activities committed within the framework of a criminal organization. as well as the rest of the criminal activities within the scope of the extended confiscation, when this has been judicially agreed upon.

For this purpose, the Office of Asset Recovery and Management of the Ministry of Justice holds electronic auctions in the Portal del B.O.E. of Auctions of the State Agency of the Official State Gazette, of goods intervened, seized and confiscated in the framework of criminal judicial procedures.

How is a bid?

To place a bid, the user must enter the system using their credentials (electronic certificate or identifier and password).

You can repeat this operation as many times as you need until the desired amount for your bid is shown in the drop-down. When the bidder advances in the bid ranges, the Portal of the B.O.E. it will also allow you to return to the previous ranges by enabling the "Previous range" button.

At the time of sending the bid, as an additional security measure, the BOE Portal will send an SMS or an email to the bidder with a code to verify the bid.

In addition, if the bidder is making his first bid in an auction, the system will ask him to indicate if he acts in his name, in a joint ownership regime or in that of third parties and if he wishes to reserve his best bid until the definitive adjudication occurs. do not.

In case of acting in a joint ownership regime or on behalf of third parties, the user will have to provide the documentation that proves it in case of winning the auction.

The Portal of B.O.E. will admit bids for an amount equal to or lower than the highest one already made for the purpose of reserving them in the case of lack of consignment of the rest of the purchase price by the winner. These bids can only be made with reservation of posture.
For each bid made and confirmed, the bidder will receive by mail a document proving his bid. Confirmed bids can not be withdrawn.

At all times, the bidder can check the amount of his maximum bid and the maximum bid for the auction.

The judicial auctions are those carried out by the Courts, under the responsibility of the Lawyer of the Administration of Justice, which will be the Managing Authority of the auction.
