User friendliness has declined. It used to be effortless to add wishlist and waitlist items. Now everything is dumped under your wishlist, which makes it unnecessarily cumbersome. Why 'fix' something that wasn't broken? There are also items with clear sizes available but it can't be added to the cart and are waitlisted? So upside down, either the sizes are available or not (Im not referring to items on hold)? As someone who accesses the app everyday the nonsensical changes are off-putting.

Horrible. Money went out of my account and order was placed. The following day, I get a refund notice and my order was cancelled. Now I am out of pocket and have to wait 5 days for a refund. 3) issues: 1) What kind of outdated inventory system do they use that humans picked up the issue. 2) Why did I have to go out of my way to find out why this happened, no apologies were given until I asked for an explanation. 3) Their customer care line is inoperable - lines kept cutting when I call.

After I placed my order, I had to wait for 9 days just to receive an email saying that my order has been canceled. Apparently it has been laying at the delivering branch for over 5 days. I didn't receive an email stating that my order has been delivered. Before it got canceled I enquired about the status of my order that didn't change and they said that my items are coming from different warehouses so it will take longer to arrive. They did not communicate and say that my order has arrived.
