Repton 3 takes the popular Repton 1 idea of level-by-level play, adds most of the extra Repton 2 characters, and brings in time capsules, fungus and crowns. The time capsules allow for some cunning time-based puzzles, while the fungus is also a time-related feature – it's often wise to block it in before it spreads wild.
The game includes some easy levels as well as more challenging ones, so it’s ideal for everyone from children to seasoned puzzlers!

Im so pleased they fixed the speed because I love this game. As far as retro games go this one doesn't disappoint. I used to play this when it was first out and as soon as I started playing I was immediately transported back to my childhood Only I didn't use a multi coloured box to do the transporting 😀( This is a repton reference for those not yet familiar)

I don't like the attempt to modernize the game. Distracts from the puzzles. Played almost all the games from repton 1, except the puzzles that are unsolvable. Maybe this attracts time players, but not me. Avalanch Bob is an example of one that is unsolveable. the puzzle near the bottom right corner specifically.

Repton players are given full choice of graphics style (modern or classic) and timed or untimed mode in the Settings menu. Many players prefer the modern graphics; if you prefer classic, simply select that option.

An excellent little trip down memory lane, just wish I had a keyboard to attach somehow to my phone to play it old school style :)

What's new
Repton's speed is stabilised and the controls now feature improved response to changes of direction. Also now fully compatible with non-16:9 aspect ratios.
