SVB Mobile Banking-Commercial

Don't understand how this app would get anything more than 1 star, I have the same issue as everyone else who has been reporting this issue since at least 2019, there is no way to get mobile deposit to function

svb is great. this app tho.... every time I try to deposit a check, every single time, I get an error that my geological location cannot be found. yes I checked and uninstalled and reinstalled and updated. and no I am not in a basement. still every time I get the error. so I keep pressing deposit over and over until finally it goes thru. other than that viva svb!

The mobile check deposit is really the only reason I downloaded. That functionality doesn't work very well with handwritten or even printed checks. When you call support they will ask you to mail in the checks. Not a viable mobile banking app.
