Negative experience due to "pay me" link which leads to payment sending view. There is only 1 small icon indicating from which bank account the payment will take place and by default it is the latest account the user viewed. And this could be a business account ... And then your business account has a weird unwanted transaction. The "working" alternative should have been to show the "sender" name in the app - hiding 1 field on 4 field form deserves a -5!

It is sad to hear about your inconveniences with payment. When paying via Money request, we always display the account number on the top row of the payment form. In case of different accounts we suggest to name your accounts in internet bank settings (click on your name > Accounts). This way it will be easier to distinguish the accounts in app.

Now it is mandatory to use biometrics to pay using NFC. Dear effective managers, many people have cheap phones with really bad scaners. And now we go to a store without knowing whether we will be able to identify ourselves and pay. I already have one PIN to unlock my phone, another to access your app. Stop making life of your customers even more miserable with these changes.

Thank you for the feedback. The biometrical confirmation of mobile payments is necessary to support security of this method. It is possible to make payments below 50 euros without confirmation for each purchase. However, it will be necessary to login to app or make next payment using biometrics when total limit of payments exceeds 150 euros.

The previous app was visually better and the quick balance feature was the one I used most, (also payment requesting was quick), now it doesn't even matter if I use the app or website - still have to log in and it kinda looks terrible. Shame, it was a great app that we used to use in school as an example but now it's butchered. Would be great if there was an option to use the older(though understandable, if maintaining two is problematic)
