totally unreliable. app was taken down for a while earlier, can't make any calls. when "restored", phone can be connected to device, but kept having this error message that "calls are not possible". written to their support several times, reply was skimpy, procrastinated and unhelpful. in fact, they have not even replied to last email sent 2 weeks ago. a waste of time effort and money.

Simply not fit for purpose. Doesn't always ring, and even when it does, it doesn't show anything on the screen - you have to open the app manually to answer; by which time the caller has often rung off or it's gone to voicemail. The hardware seems to work fine, but the app is dreadful.

Does not work with new Android Pie Adaptive Battery management. Probably Oreo too. Pie does not find any Voice Bridge background service. It means Pie has no chance let it ring. Sometimes it let Notificatoons for missed calls. But as hours pass Pie kills that too, very effectively. And it is practically dead App. 3 stars for hardware. For people complaining about call echo. Be sure your phone speaker is not loud. Microphone will pick it up and to other person on line give back voice as echo.
