This app has been unable to login for the past 3 weeks on the latest Android operating system on s24 ultra. I can login using the browser. So, this is definitely an app problem. The message just states that the app is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. I've tried clearing the app cache, reinstalling, but neither solve the problem.

The app won't work on my phone. After a restart it get a notification that mysynchrony keeps closing. If I try to open it myself it simply won't load the app at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, updated my phone and done everything you can do and this app simply will not function on my device. I can't even get to the part where you sign in, it crashes before it even finishes loading that. Problem still persist as of 3/17/24.

App won't show payment amount if you are on auto pay. If you set auto pay to statement balance they hide their statements from you so you can't even see your statement balance. Nowhere is the payment amount visible either. You never know how much they withdraw on autopay. Hide statements. It doesn't even work and they don't process payments just to charge late fees and increase your interest rate cost in a fraud. They lower your credit and close your accounts for no reason. Synchrony is bad bank
