The app user interface is fine. The problem comes when you click checkout. It charged me twice for the same order. I wanted to modify it but there was only a cancel button. I canceled and reorder with additional items. It didn't go through on the app. It gave me an error and took me back to the cart. I got charged still and the other charges did not go away. The restaurant said they could only see the canceled orders. I got charged three times and received no food. This app is a scam.

Builds an order ok, but impossible to finish checkout. "There is a problem checking out with your cart" Edit: I found the app was holding on to an old location with a different menu, even though I thought I selected a new one. Had to clear the order, select a new store, and do everything over, then it worked. Forcing an update when first opening the app are still a pain. Should have the option to skip updates once or twice.

For supposed "convenience" The app is infuriating to use. After spending more time than I should have deciding what I wanted (my fault). I finally went to the pay screen just to be met with a notification that they could not make my order. I wouldn't mind if it was crossed out or notified when you press item that they are unable to make your order. Also there is no indication of what items are unable to be made. Then when I finally choose something that is available the pay screen errors out.
