The tour we had to San Francisco was not become a memorable one. The moment we reach each destinations, we have to move quickly because of the short time alloted on each places. In short, we didn't even enjoyed the places in SFO. Also, the bus driver was reckless, specially when we went to Yosemite. It was terrible. Lastly, the bus we rode was not good. The seats were unfomfortable , they should have a comfy seats, specially if they have a long trips.

Alert!Worst tour operator ever!Booked a 1 day grand canyon south rim helicopter tour 6 days ago. And only to be notified less than 24 hours that helicopter was cancelled. Already booked the hotel in las vegas when tour finished, and the following air tickets. No reimbursement at all!! Nothing to do but stay in hotel whole day! If you want to have the same unexpected experience, continue to book with them.

They didn't make us visit all attractions mentioned in website on 2nd day of tour , not only that, they cancelled one more attraction on last day, we arrived back more than 2 hours early, thus they deprived us from total 3 important attractions in 3 days tour. I feel they cheated us,made us fool, They spoiled my family vacation .
