“Shop It!” is World’s first inconspicuous note-taking app. It looks and acts like a normal texting screen, but instead of the text entries being sent to another phone, they are recorded and time-stamped on a ‘notes’ page. This app is complete garbage. It's like a joke/decoy app. Nothing works. Notes don't enter or save. I paid the 2.99 for the extra features and idk what I paid for because the video doesn't work and the camera just makes a shutter sound giving you away in the middle of the shop. Idk what the deal is because Ive read a lot of great things about this app from other shoppers, and the idea is pretty good, if it worked. I emailed asking for a refund, I'm hoping it's not a ripoff scam on top of it all.

This is a great idea, but, the top of the page says "Save Event" The point of this app is to appear you are texting and not taking notes, however if an employee looks, they will see "Save Event" instead of a person's name. You need to fix this app to where we can change the title of the notes page or permanently change it from corporate end from saying save event to a standard name, like Bob or Sally something.

After using the older version for years I got a new phone and reinstalled it. I lost the seconds functionality. i wrote to the dev a week ago and am still waiting for a fix. I'm done. I have shops to do. I downloaded mystery shopwatch and will use it instead. It was fun while it lasted Shopit. Its not me, its you.
