app continually crashes. also received a receipt for a cab I never took, a .33 cent receipt for a 46 second cab ride. Does this mean they try to charge for cabs you dont take? White Cab sure talks themselves up online and how much they appreciate their customers. they sure don't have enough preciation to pick up the phone or take fares when it's storming out. At least have some decency to put up some kind of message when people call to let them know what's going on

I've been using this app for a year now and this is how I can sum it up: They don't wait for my toddler to be tied in before going. They made me pay for 2 passengers for the longest time even tought children don't count as passengers. In the prebookin, they are either 10min early and get impatient because you aren't ready before the time you set, or they are 5 to 15min late which completely ruins the point of booking a time. They also don't apply the student discount like they are supposed to.

For three weeks I've been ordering taxi every morning to go to work. Unfortunately, every single day the waiting time was over 15 minutes. Today I gave up and I won't use this app anymore, because I'm heading late to work.
