Beach Boys Taxi

Every time I book a taxi on here it never shows up when its supposed to. This is the second time I have been late for work because of this. I call and its always the same oh were slammed its going to be 30 minutes until we can get someone there isn't that what this apps for to book a taxi so they can be here on time

I've been riding with beach boys for about 6 years and for the most they have been efficient and affordable but the past year or so their customer service and care has dropped especially for locals and it's unfortunate that's there's not another dependable cab service.

App worked the first two times... But now it's saying "unable to find location" to everything.
