itcons - WorkReports & leaves

With "itcons App" the foreman or worker can fill in:

- Work orders.
- Daily work notes. Work sheets.
- Production vouchers.
- Installation Reports.
- Maintenance Reports.
- Transport documents.
- List of actions.

The main custom fields of the document, that you can make, are:

Customers, they are created in the web application.
Project that depends on the client and is the object to which the documents are attached.
Date of issue.
Categories in which resources are organized. Configurable from the web application.
Resources organized by categories and which can be of the type that is required (personnel, materials, type of jobs ...)

Data types can be:

     * Hour
     * Text
     * Selectable
     * Arithmetic calculation among other data.

They are created for each installation in a personalized way and relate well to a resource category or to the whole part in general.

Notes, as a project diary where to indicate the main observations.

Signature, option to require signature on the document. A copy of it is sent to the email defined for each project.

Itcons allows you to streamline the process of managing work documents of your company. It is connected in real time with a web manager where the data of each document is configured (worksheet, action note ...) and the categories in which resources are organized, both "personal" and internal or external, such as "machinery" or "jobs", and where, in addition, the received records can be exported.
