The application was working properly until it was updated. Then it started asking to reinput my information and I cant add the number. I checked with customer service and they did not know the reason. I deleted it and reinstalled but the same issue is occurring.

Very bad online shopping service ! I recently started shopping on this app and was surprised how quickly i got the items 2 days after payment but i wanted to exchange one shirt and got an answer that it needs 5 working days. One month have past they didn't exchange my shirt yet everytime i contact them they say sorry we will contact you soon and no one does! Recently they doubled the prices and my exchange was in the old pricing are you trying to rip me off if not you should fire ur online team

The application was working properly until I was asked to updated. And since then, it doesn't open anymore but kept asking to dismiss or retry. None of these 2 options responded positively.
