The app keep on shut down every time I open, cannot connect to the server. It takes 42 minutes to connect. What a wasting time using this app.. Even when I stay at sentral telkom office.

Useless app .... Just installed, buy voucher.... And connecting forever... Then connection failed, try again? Of course try again, it's my money. But seems I've been being robbed by this app. My voucher is gone, never get connected. Nothing. Trash app, trash team. You're lucky this is Indonesia, otherwise I can sue your company. Thank you very much.

Hallo kak Rudy.. Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya. Mohon infokan kendala yang dialami secara mendetil & infokan username voucher kakak disertai dengan screenshot/foto pesan error yang muncul saat terjadi kendalanya ke email go@wifi.id yaa kak. Kami tunggu email dari kakak.. Terima Kasih :)

Already paid 20.000 for the voucher but it doesn't even work, i even already get the conformation and username but when i tried to activate it it always said that "Failed backend error" if you say something like "too far from router" or anything else, dude i im in the telkom university area
