The app is great for messaging. I couldn't use it to deposit until recently. But still can't send pictures from my camera roll unless it's newer. After scrolling down about 50 pictures, in the app, the pics just repeat. There's no option to go to different albums to find the picture/video either. Also, it took over a week for the pictures I did send to be approved. Would be a great app if these bugs were fixed also.

This app is absolutely horrible. Not user friendly at all. I have been trying to send a photo and nowhere on the app does it direct you to photos and it freezes often. Absolutely frustrating. I called customer service and I was told that they fixed the issues I was having and wait couple minutes to login. I did that and still I do not see the photo sending feature. Very frustrating and horrible app.

This worked great at first. No every time I open the app I keep getting messages like "can't load your contacts" "can't load your messages" "can't load your profile" when I click on to exit the pop up message it just keeps reappearing numerous times. It takes several times of closing the app and trying again just to get it to work if it does at all.
