the worst app UI, the worst customer service and constantly gets things wrong. if you don't like something and you pressed "no X" in the selection there's 1/5 chance you'll get something you dont want. then you'd have to go jump through hoops with an ai bot , only to be told "an assistant will be with you shortly" and wait for 25 minutes. then you have to hear how all they can do is refund you 20% of the cost back, even though you can't eat 100% of the food it's best to avoid the deliveries.

Generally good. Lacking a favorites option, as someone who works in multiple offices at different locations this makes ordering so much harder.

I am deleting this app. Always causes trouble with delivering food on time (on average 2 hours). Customer Services is a joke, they don't provide phone assistance. The food gets late and cold and they hardly take responsability for the trouble.
