When it works, it's great. Unfortunately about 50% of the time when I try to open I get the message "an error occurred please contact support..." and it just refuses to let me login at all. Restarting my phone usually allows it work again but quite frustrating when I'm just trying to grab my available balance. Force closing the app and relaunching ain't enough, either, gotta literally reboot the phone. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ on most recent version of Android if it matters...

Hi Christopher! We apologize the Park Bank Mobile Banking app is not working correctly as we understand this can be quite frustrating when all you want to do is review your balances. We have made an adjustment in our system and request that you delete the app and redownload one more time. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Every month the app will stop working, when contacting the bank they told me re-download to update it as thats the only way to update the app. Doing this locks my account access until I contact the bank to get a manual reset done. It's a bad app. the bank has good people, just not the best for personal finances more for business finances. It is extremely inconvenient to have to delete and re-download the app whenever there is an update and to not give warning or let the consumer know before.

Hi! If you are still experiencing technical issues with our app, please contact us at 608-278-2801 to troubleshoot. Support may be able to wipe out the Mobile app registration completely to see if this fixes the technical issue. We always recommend that clients download and use the latest version of our app. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I can't reply to my previous review, so putting this one in, but I just booted up my s9, and while a little bit slow, the park Bank app still loaded in the my account info, but on my s22+, all I get is a white screen with a tiny Park Bank logo in the middle and it just stays there forever until I force close the app, so it's definitely something to do with the s22 series.

Hi Ryan, We appreciate the additional information. S22 devices running Android version 12 are on the list of impacted devices. There are other Android devices running OS Android 12 that are also impacted. We are glad you found a workaround for now while our mobile banking host looks to resolve.
