The app crashes after about 3 seconds, not open long enough to even enter my password. Horrible customer service, they could care less if it works or not. Also had fraudulent charges on my account and the bank literally told me there was nothing they could do about it. After I spent hours on the phone and got my card cancelled they told me 14 days to receive a new card. Other local banks take 1-2 business days. I will be leaving this bank after 20 years. They have gone downhill completely!

It keeps crashing, unable to use it. Stays open for about 3 seconds, then closes.

This latest update seems to have improved the app's performance quite well, and the new neater UI also helps.
