The Statesman has had a record of unbiased reporting of news around India and the world. The app does not do justice to the house. There are areas where a lot of development could be made, which would go a long way to ease the efforts of a reader. A few of those developments which could come to my mind are reproduced here: 1. On the home pages of the categories, i.e., "Home", "India", "Cities", etc., the full headlines of the articles are not displayed. 2. There is no option to bookmark an article from the page overview itself. One has to click on the article; and after the article opens, does one have the option to bookmark the article. Well, if I have to go into the article to bookmark it, then there appears to be a redundancy of the need to bookmark it altogether. One added advantage of bookmarking is also the fact that one can go through the article at a later time even if the internet connection decides to play truant. I think, it would be good to have the bookmark and share option on the overview page itself. These two suggestions immediately come to mind. Further suggestions, if any, will be posted.

The app does not reflect the all the articles of the newspaper (including enewspaper). One has to open newspaper mode of the app to get to all the news. Moreover the enewspaper is not user friendly at all. It looks more like scanned copy of the physical paper. It would be great if all the articles are included in the main app itself.
